Is Cornershop by Uber available in my area?
To find out if Cornershop by Uber is available in your area, just add your address or postal code when you open the app. If it's available, the stores you can order from will appear. If it says 'No stores available" after you add an address, Cornershop is unfortunately not serving your area yet.

What is Cornershop Pop?
Subscribing to Cornershop Pop lets you save on delivery fees and access exclusive deals, regardless of how big or small your order is. To subscribe, or to learn more, go to 'Account' and select 'Cornershop Pop'. As a Cornershop Pop subscriber, your delivery fee is only $4.90 for orders under $40, and there is no delivery fee on orders over $40.
What are Cornershop credits?
'Cornershop credits' are virtual dollars that can be used to order on Cornershop. Each credit is equivalent to one dollar. If you have Cornershop credits in your account, they will be automatically deducted from your next order. To check your credit balance, go to 'Account' and then 'Credits'.
Do you have exclusive promotions?
We always have promotions for things like $0 delivery fees, special product discounts, bundle offers, and more. For access to even more promotions, subscribe to Cornershop Pop.
Can I schedule my order?
At checkout, you'll be able to set a delivery time for your order. You can choose between receiving it right away, or within the next 48 hours at a time of your choice.
What do I need to place an order?
To place an order, just make sure to add a delivery address and a payment method.
How do I place an order?
Here's how you can place an order:
1- Make sure that you've added your address, phone number, and payment method to your Cornershop by Uber account.
2- Based on your address, your local stores will appear. Select the store you want to shop at to start exploring its products (if the item you're looking for doesn't appear in the catalog, type it into the search bar and click on 'Request').
3- Once you've selected your products, click on your cart to view your order details and total.
4- After you've added everything you need, select your delivery time and click on the 'Place order' button.
5- You'll get a confirmation email after you place your order. Once a Shopper starts working on your order, you are free to communicate with them in real time through the app.
Did you know you can shop at more than one store at the same time? Just add products from two different stores to your order and two separate carts will be created. You can see your order status in the app.
If a product you ordered isn't available, your Shopper will call you to offer replacements or a refund. You can also ask your Shopper to add something else to your order.
Will in-store promotions apply?
Since in-store promotions are constantly changing, we aren't able to see them until your Shopper is at the store. For this reason, we cannot apply in-store promotions to your order, and the price you'll be charged will be reflected in the catalog. However, we do offer our own exclusive promotions for you to take advantage of, across many different brands. Additionally, Cornershop by Uber does not apply loyalty program benefits, such as points, unless you're shopping at a store with an in-store membership option; you can find these in the Memberships section of the app.
How much is the service fee?
To see the the service fee applied for a particular store, select that store in the app or on our website and look for the service fee section at the top left-hand corner of the page.
Should I tip my Shopper?
You are more than welcome to leave a tip for your Shopper if you're satisfied with their service. You can do so through the app from the moment you place your order to six hours after delivery. To ensure physical distancing, we don't recommend handing your Shopper a tip in cash, but you are free to do so if they are comfortable receiving it.
How can I order products I don't see in the catalog?
To request a product that you can't find in the catalogue, start by typing the product name into the search bar. If the product doesn't appear, you'll see a 'Request' button, which you can select to add a product name and description. The more details you give, the easier it will be for your Shopper to find. Once you're done, just hit 'Save'.
What are shared lists?
Shared lists allow your family and friends to share one big shopping cart that you can all add to. At the top of the home screen, you'll find the current list you're using. When you click on it, you'll see lists you've previously created, as well as the option to create a new one. To share a list, either create a new one or select the list you want to share, then go to 'Invite people' and click 'Send invitation'. You can send an invitation link through the Cornershop by Uber App or via another app of your choice. That's it!
How do I add products from a previous order?
There are two ways to add products from a previous order. The first is to go to 'Account' and then 'Orders', where you'll find your order history. Simply select the order you want to duplicate and then press the '+' icon at the top right. This order will then be automatically added to your current cart. Alternatively, you can select your desired store and click on the cart icon. If your cart is empty, you'll see the 'Add previous order' option.
How do I order per unit or by weight?
For items like produce, you can order either per unit or by weight. To do this, add the product to your cart and then click the '1 un' button. There, you'll be able to choose between the 'Units' and 'Weight' options. Use the '+' and '-' icons to set the amount you want.
What are some of the fees I will have to pay?
Here are some of the fees you may see on your order:
Delivery fee - Depending on the size of your order and whether you're a Cornershop Pop subscriber, you may be charged a delivery fee. The more you add to your cart, the smaller the delivery fee.
Service fee - This varies per store. Go to the in-app store page and look for the service fee at the top left-hand corner of the page.
Taxes - Based on your location, taxes will be charged on your order.
Are store loyalty programs available on Cornershop by Uber?
Yes, although this feature is not available for all stores. To see the store loyalty programs available to you, simply go to the 'Memberships' tab of the account menu.
How do alcohol deliveries work?
For any order that includes alcohol, a person within the legal drinking age must be present and provide photo ID to your Shopper when they arrive with your order.
How can I leave delivery instructions?
On the checkout page, there is a space for delivery instructions. If your order is already in progress, you can share your delivery instructions through the chat or you can give your Shopper a call.
