What is Cornershop?
Cornershop is the new way to do your grocery shopping: online. It's easier, quicker, and you can do it wherever you are. You can download the Cornershop app for iOS or Android, or simply order your products through our website; both platforms are friendly and extremely easy to use.
First, choose your favorite supermarket or specialty store (yes! You can order products from several stores at the same time) and explore their different aisles or use the search tab. Now, start adding products to your cart and voilà! A Shopper will purchase your products for you and have them at your door in no time.

What is Cornershop Pop?
Cornershop Pop is an annual or monthly subscription that gives you access to exclusive promotions and unlimited free deliveries. Cornershop Pop will cover all of your delivery needs, from groceries to pet supplies, bakeries, and more! To subscribe, go to 'Account' and then 'Cornershop Pop.'
Should I tip my Shopper?
Tips are voluntary, but always greatly appreciated. You can tip your Shopper through the app.
Can I choose a time to schedule delivery?
Yes. You can schedule your order to be delivered at a time that works best for you. Deliveries can be scheduled for the same day or the following day.
Are promotions and discounts from stores included on Cornershop?
We do not apply in-store promotions to our catalog. The price you see on our app/website is what you will pay for the product. Cornershop customers will gain access to special promotions exclusively on our platform, which means you can save on items you love year-round.
Cornershop does not add other benefits to purchases, such as rewards points and loyalty cards.
Will you use my number to call me?
Yes. Your Shopper will call you before they check out to ask about alternative products for out-of-stock items and see if you have any last-minute requests. Your Shopper may also call you if they are having trouble finding your delivery address. Your personal information is kept safe. Your Shopper does not have access to your personal number - all calls are linked through an external number-blocking application.
What happens if a product I ordered is out of stock?
Your Shopper will call you if an item is out of stock and suggest possible replacements. You can approve a substitution or cancel the item. You will not be charged for canceled items. Please keep your phone nearby, as your Shopper will contact you to confirm your order before checkout.
Can I change my tip amount after placing my order?
Yes, you can. Tips can be edited up to six hours after delivery. After that, the tip amount will be final and non-refundable.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
It usually takes five to ten business days to process a refund, depending on your bank. If a refund is not reflected in your account after ten business days, please contact your bank directly. Some banks take up to two weeks to process refunds.
What do I do if there is an issue with my order?
We are terribly sorry that you had a bad experience. Please contact us at email@example.com so we can find a solution.
How is my order charged?
We initially reserve a higher amount on your card to cover any possible changes and/or additional products you may want to add. As soon as your Shopper completes your order and leaves the store, the difference between the initial amount and the final order total is automatically released back on to your card.
It is important to keep in mind that some banks may take a few days to reflect the difference in your account.
If your final order total ends up exceeding the amount initially reserved on your card, a second charge would be made to you for the difference.
When will my order arrive?
You can choose to have your order delivered as soon as possible, or schedule a time that you would like it to be delivered. The delivery times available will vary based on when you make the order, the size of the order, and the current demand in the area.
Will the Shopper receive the full tip amount I provide?
Yes. 100% of the tip you leave will go to your Shopper. Cornershop does not take any portion of the tip amount.
What happens if my products were picked by one Shopper but delivered by another?
In cases like this, the tip will be divided into two, with each Shopper receiving 50% of the tip amount.
Can changes and refunds be made?
If one or more products in your order arrive in poor condition, you can access a refund or an exchange. This applies to damaged, open, or expired products. In case you got confused and requested a product you didn’t want or you didn’t like the replacement you chose, it’s not possible to access this option.

What are the delivery fees?
Cornershop Pop subscribers get $0 delivery fees on all orders over $30 and pay no delivery fee when they order from Costco.
If you're not a Cornershop Pop subscriber, the delivery fees below will apply:
Standard delivery fees:
Orders under $35: $9.99
Orders between $35 and $74.99: $5.99
Orders between $75 and $149.99: $3.99
Orders over $150: $0
Standard orders have a minimum purchase amount of $10.
Costco delivery fees:
Orders up to $100: $4.99
Orders between $100 and $149.99: $3.99
Orders over $150: $0
Costco orders have a minimum purchase amount of $35.
What service fees does Cornershop charge?
Service fees vary by store. See the upper right corner of your screen when browsing a catalog for that store's pricing policy.
Can I order a product I do not see in the Cornershop catalog?
Yes. To request a product you do not see in the catalog, search for it by name and press 'request.' Add applicable details about the product, such as size, quantity, and brand. The more specific you are, the easier it will be for your Shopper to find the product. To help us improve our catalog, we would appreciate you mentioning the missing product in the comments section of the app.
When will the tip amount be charged?
It will be charged six hours after delivery.
When will my Shopper be able to see my tip?
Your Shopper will be able to see your tip six hours after delivery. This is also when the tip amount will be charged.
Can I have my order delivered to a different address than usual?
Yes. You can add different delivery addresses to your account. Each order will be delivered to the address you choose, so double check that you have chosen the right address before confirming an order. Remember that store availability may change based on your location.
Can someone else receive my order for me?
Yes. When you confirm your order, tell us in 'Delivery instructions' who will be receiving your order for you.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all forms of credit and debit cards that are enabled for online payments.
Can I order alcohol or tobacco products?
If you are of legal drinking age, you can order alcohol from select retailers. During delivery, you will be asked to present a piece of valid ID to your Shopper.
Tobacco products cannot be ordered through Cornershop.
How can I update my payment method?
To update your payment method, go to 'Account' and click 'Payment methods.' To enter a new card, press 'Add payment method.' To delete a card, swipe left where the card appears on the list. Press the 'delete' button when it appears.
How do I know the status of my order?
In the app or webpage, you will get updates on your Shopper’s location until your order is delivered. You will also get two email updates. The first one is a confirmation email and allows you to verify the details of your order. The second one is sent once your order is delivered. It shows the details of your order and allows you to leave feedback and rate your experience.
How do I change the email associated with my Cornershop account?
1. Click this link from: https://cornershopapp.com/accounts/change_email. You will be asked to log in, and then you will be redirected to a page that allows you to change your email address.
2. Enter the new email address you want to use and press Enter. For security purposes, you will receive a confirmation email to your old address. You must click the link in the confirmation email to change your address.
3. Once confirmed, you will receive a second confirmation email to the new email you want to associate with your account. Click on the link and voila! your Cornershop account will be connected to the new mail.
Important note: Be sure to do all the steps in the same session on the same computer, otherwise, you will have to start the process again.
